Order Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing.
- Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled.
Engraved or Personalized Items
- Orders that include engraving or personalization are final sale once the customization process has begun.
- These orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after processing starts.
Pre-Orders & Special Orders
- Pre-orders and special-order items are reserved specifically for you at the time of purchase.
- These orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately or secured with our suppliers.
- Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are provided at checkout but are subject to change.
Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription service:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel subscriptions prior to renewal.
Processing & Fulfillment
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped:
- It is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase with any of the above options, you acknowledge and agree:
- Cancellation requests submitted outside the allowed timeframe will not be honored.
- Orders that have been processed, customized, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Initiating a chargeback for an order that complies with this policy may be considered a violation of our terms.
