RETURN, EXCHANGE & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

At Ebenezer Christian Stores, we strive to provide quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of books, Bibles, and personalized merchandise, all returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms.
Return Eligibility
Most non-personalized merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery or in-store purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in new, resalable condition.

Be free of writing, highlighting, markings, odors, stains, or damage.

Include all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be resold as new may be refused and returned to the customer.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund:

Engraved or personalized products.

Custom or special-order merchandise.

Bibles, books, journals, or study materials that have been written in, highlighted, marked, or damaged.

Clearance, closeout, discontinued, or seasonal merchandise.

Gift certificates
-
Digital products, downloadable products, or electronic resources.

Opened communion supplies, anointing oils, consumable products, or personal-use items.
Engraving & Personalized Orders
All engraved and personalized products are custom-made and are considered final sale.
By placing an order for engraving or personalization, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Engraving fees are non-refundable.

Personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Minor variations in engraving placement, spacing, alignment, font size, character spacing, or product material are not considered defects.

Personalized products cannot be returned due to customer preference, spelling provided by the customer, font selection, placement preference, or changes of mind after production.
If an engraving error is made by Ebenezer Christian Stores, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery.
Any claim involving a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

The claim must include:

Description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Ebenezer Christian Stores is not responsible for:

Packages stolen after delivery

Packages delivered to an unsecured location

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
For approved returns requiring a prepaid return label, a $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Expedited shipping fees, engraving fees, gift wrapping fees, and other service fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for eligible items returned in accordance with this policy and are subject to product availability.
If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in the customer's account.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Ebenezer Christian Stores directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Any chargeback filed for merchandise that was delivered, customized, accurately described, or otherwise provided in accordance with the order may be contested using order records, delivery confirmation, photographs, customer communications, and other supporting documentation.
Abuse of the chargeback process may result in refusal of future service.
